Terms and Conditions For Advertising Services

This content sets out the terms and conditions between the publisher (Proto Press Publications) and the advertiser.

The publisher will not accept advertising that contains false or misleading information or that is not factually accurate.

The publisher will not permit at any time the placement of any advertising for illegal or controversial products. The advertising content must not contain any offensive or inappropriate material that may directly or indirectly attack an individual or group based on age, origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or handicap.


Advertisers and any intermediary parties must respect the terms of our privacy policy, and may not attempt to individually identify any users of MyGraduateSchool.com or myGradSchool Blog or obtain inappropriate access through other means, technological or otherwise, to personally identifiable information.

Intellectual Property Ownership

Except as may be specified in any written agreement(s) between the publisher and the party seeking to purchase advertising services on one or more website administered by the publisher, neither party may distribute, sell, reproduce, publish, display, perform, prepare derivative works, or otherwise use any Intellectual Property belonging to the other party without written consent of that party.

Review and Refunds

All text-link adverts, banners, and other forms of advertisement on the MyGraduateSchool.com web site or myGradSchool Blog are subject to review by the publisher prior to publication. In the event that any content or link is altered or modified in any way that is deemed inappropriate by the publisher, following the approval process, this will be considered a breach of the terms and conditions and the publisher reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove the advertisement in question from the MyGraduateSchool.com website or myGradSchool Blog. In such circumstances that the publisher does remove, cancel or reject an advertisement due to a breach of the terms of conditions, the publisher will provide notice to the advertiser and no refunds will be issued.

In the event that the advertiser wishes to remove their advertisement or link prior to the end of the period of agreement, the publisher will not issue a partial or full refund or any advertising credits.
